This duplex project embraces the natural hillside terrain, stepping gracefully across multiple levels to capture expansive city and harbour views. Its clean, contemporary forms are softened by a warm, timeless material palette that blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. Large glazed openings and generous terraces create a strong indoor–outdoor connection, enhancing light, ventilation, and liveability. The result is a sophisticated architectural composition that balances privacy, openness, and modern luxury.
